			Le Polidor (Paris- FRANCE) Le Polidor est une véritable institution parisienne depuis 1845, vous y (re)découvrirez une cuisine traditionnelle familiale en vous imprégnant du charme de ce décor authentique et de la convivialité du patron, le tout accompagné d’une sélection de vins exceptionnelle ! Juste à côté au n° 39, n’hésitez pas à franchir les portes Des Caves du Polidor, des trésors vous y attendent ! Le restaurant utilise un Sowine pro pour le service de vins prestigieux que propose André Maillet, le patron : « le client voit ce qu’on lui sert, même celui qui est à l’autre bout de la salle ! Et puis cela attire les curieux ! » A la cave, Yves utilise au quotidien 2 Sowine pro pour ses dégustations et ventes de vin au verre. « Peu d’entretien, des bouteilles préservées le temps nécessaire pour les passer… c’est exactement ce qu’il me fallait ! »

The restaurant uses a Sowine Pro wine cabinet for serving the prestigious wines offered by André Maillet, the owner, by the glass; “the customer sees what is being served, even when at the other end of the room! Moreover, this attracts the more curious consumers!” In the wine cellar, Yves uses 2 Sowine Pro cabinets daily for wine tasting and selling wine by the glass. “Little maintenance, bottles kept for the time needed to finish them…it’s exactly what I needed!”

En plein coeur de Lyon, Ahmad Fazeli a su créer un lieu de convivialité rassemblant à la fois une cave de + de 1300 références, un bar à vins avec petite restauration le midi, et des cours d’oenologie. RDV incontournable des amateurs de vins lyonnais, toute l’équipe est à votre disposition pour des conseils de gestion de cave, création et gestion cartes des vins des restaurants, organisation d’évènements, réceptions… Ahmad Fazeli utilise Sowine pro pour son bar à vins et ainsi faire déguster des crus haut de gamme au verre. Il apprécie de ne pas avoir à prévoir un gros entretien en fin de service, et le fait de pouvoir prendre la bouteille en main, de montrer l’étiquette,… “c’est beaucoup plus simple pour parler du vin et donc d’en vendre plus ! “

The whole team is available to give advice in managing a wine cellar, creating and managing restaurant wine lists and organising events, receptions, etc. Ahmad Fazeli uses Sowine Pro for his wine bar and therefore offers consumers the opportunity to taste his top of the range vintage bottles by the glass. He appreciates not having to provide for maintenance at the end of the sitting, being able to take the bottle to the customer by hand, to show the label, etc. “it makes talking about wine a lot simpler and therefore helps sell more!”
